Telephone reservations will be
held for 7 days to allow time to receive deposit.

Office hours are 8 AM to
8:00 PM. If arriving after 6 PM, guests must notify the office for special check-in arrangements.

Parking for one car per unit.

Bikes are NOT permitted in rooms or walkways. Lock bikes to pool fence.

A deposit of one night is required to confirm reservation.

Cancellations made prior to TWO weeks of your arrival will receive a return of deposit in the form of a Gift Certificate, less $25.00 for processing. We do not refund cash.

There will be NO refund for a cancellation made within 14 days of arrival.

All changes to room accommodations are subject to a $15.00 processing fee once your reservation is confirmed. You cannot change reservations within 2 weeks.

Deposits are not transferable.

Facilities of the motel are for registered guests only.

No Smoking, No Pets. Smoking is allowed on premises, NOT in rooms. Your credit card will be charged a fee to clean drapes, carpets and bedspreads if you smoke or sneak a pet into room
